The firm
was founded in 1991 as a Real Estate Company. The founder and
owner is Vít Klíma, hence the firm's name. The owner of the
firm was academically involved in the theoretical aspects of
housing policy at the Academy of Science, and practically
involved as a member of the Prague municipality. After the
November Velvet revolution, he was elected deputy mayor of the
City of Prague. |

In order to widen our scope of activities in the Czech Republic, we set
up a network of real estate agencies which co-ordinate their efforts.
This enables us to perform complex tasks given us by clients such as
establishing retail chains and representative offices throughout the
republic. Thanks to this network, we have entered partnerships with
banks in securing for such projects.
In an effort to provide a complex range of services, we have
commissioned the co-operation of specialist firms, such as a consulting
company which ascertains the "state of health of real estate",
a legal firm, which ascertains whether the target property in fact
exists, whether there are any easements over the property, whether it
has be used to secure loans or receivables, and drafts purchase and
lease agreements and Due Diligence reports, and also provides tax
consultancy services. By these means we ensure that our clients do not
get a "bad deal" and that the purchase and lease contracts are
in order.
